    Thank you for the delivery Everything that I ordered with the exception of the Real Light Whipped Cream came was delivered.  What was given to me was regular milk not Light Whipped Cream.  I would rather you take it off the bill and if you are going to pick up the milk you can come pick it up.

    Hello,

    I have great experience with Baldor a few weeks ago and decided on another delivery last weekend. I bought some peaches and when they arrived they were very hard. I left some outside to let them ripen and put the rest in the basement. A week later they are still as hard as when we received them. When opening them, they are brown in the middle which apparently is a sign of cold storage. They are basically unedible. I trusted Baldor with this product and I am very disappointed. I would like to know if I could have a credit over my next order.

    My order arrived yesterday, invoice number 18010689, but it missing item SPRICE6AA, the wild rice 5 LB Goose Valley.  

    The drive told me I should call and request credit.  Can someone let me know how this work? Please call me at 917-363-9507.

    Greetings.  On order #14292698 (invoice #18092872), I did not receive item BROTH4B, glace de Poulet Roasted.  May I please have $15.99 credit.  

    I did get (not ordered) 1 quart box of Pacific organic chicken broth, which I can certainly use, but this is about $4.00 in supermarket, so you can charge me for it, but I should get credit for the difference.  The Pacific does not show on the order or delivery ticket.

    My 6/22/20 order today (residential) came with an error; ebc5507935.  I ordered two half gallons of skim lactose free milk.  However, I received two half gallons of low fat buttermilk.  Is it possible to get a credit?  In the future I will go over the whole order upon arrival.  It's just that with the pandemic I try to keep my social distance for all concerned rather than the driver and I standing in the garage while I go through the boxes.  I do, however, really appreciate my experience with your service which has been terrific.
