At Baldor, we take pride in delivering exactly what you need, exactly when you need it. To track your delivery progress, enroll in mobile push notifications and/or email notifications.
How to enroll in mobile push notifications
1. To enroll in push notifications, make sure you have the Baldor Foods app downloaded (for iPhone or Android). Navigate to the homepage of the mobile app and open your profile in the top left-hand corner.
2. Select Notifications.
3. Select Push notifications.
4. Select which notifications to receive. To receive notifications at all stages of your delivery, toggle on Order Tracking.
You'll receive push notifications for the order statuses you've opted into. Below is an example of how the notifications will display on your device. Tap on any push notification to navigate to your order.
You may also enroll in Email notifications in the Notifications page.
How to enroll in email notifications
1. Click Welcome and select Account Settings in the drop-down menu.
2. Click MY PROFILE.
3. Scroll down to ALERTS & NOTIFICATION EMAILS and click each toggle button to activate the confirmation email you may find helpful.
- When you enroll in Order Confirmations, you'll receive an email when your order is Received and any time it is Updated.
- When you enroll in Invoices, you'll receive an email when your order is Prepared, Out for Delivery, and Delivered. To help you prepare for your delivery, the Out for Delivery email includes an updated estimated delivery time, based on the driver's progress along the route. Once your order has been Delivered, you'll receive an "Order Delivered" email with photo proof of your delivery.
