Baldor makes deliveries according to the following delivery service schedule:
- Customers located east of the Hudson – Upstate New York, Central Long Island, Connecticut (excluding Westchester and parts of Fairfield Counties): Monday, Wednesday, Friday
- Customers located west of the Hudson – Upstate New York, Western and Southern New Jersey, Eastern Pennsylvania (excluding the Metro Philly area): Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday
For all other customers, Baldor delivers 6 days a week, Monday–Saturday. The large majority of customers affiliated with our Boston, Philadelphia, and Washington D.C. warehouses may also receive deliveries 6 days a week, Monday through Saturday.

Baldor offers a 4-hour delivery window for Business accounts. Often, we are able to honor requested delivery windows on an on-going basis. You can learn how to track your delivery progress here. Baldor does not make deliveries on Sundays or on the following holidays:
- New Year's Day
- Memorial Day
- Independence Day (4th of July)
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving Day
- Christmas Day
Deliveries resume the day after the above holidays. If the holiday falls on a Saturday, deliveries will resume the following Monday.
