How to link an additional existing customer account
to my user profile
To link an additional existing customer account to your user profile, please contact our support team here.
Once your user profile has been successfully linked to an additional account, you will receive an email confirmation titled "Hi! You've Been Added To Another Baldor Account" with the content below.
You may toggle between accounts by clicking the account displayed in the upper left-hand corner and selecting the respective account from the drop-down.
How to invite additional users
to my customer account
Your user profile enables you to invite other users to join your customer account.
1. Click Welcome and select Account Settings in the drop-down menu.
2. Click USERS, then click Invite a New User.
3. Complete the required fields and click INVITE. Next, select the account(s) you would like to connect the new user to and click INVITE.
4. One of the two scenarios below will take place depending on whether or not the invited user has an existing user profile with Baldor.
- If the user you are adding to your account already has a user profile with Baldor, the new account user will receive an email invitation titled "Hi! You've Been Added To Another Baldor Account" with the content below.
- If the user you are adding to your account does not already have a user profile with Baldor, the new account user will receive an email invitation titled "An Invitation to Create a Baldor Profile" with the content below.
