"Home Delivery Slots are closed", what should I do if I want to place an order?

    Hi

    I want to know about your process for scheduling a delivery slot. I would be happy to wait a week, but I don't want to keep on looking for a delivery slot. How are you working this?

    Hi Miriam,

    We recently made a change to the website (article has been updated to reflect this change).

    The next available delivery slot is 4/22, the website banner will display updated information as delivery slots become full. Please attempt to login tomorrow at 9AM to place your order and reserve your delivery slot.

    by the time i add items to my cart, the delivery slots are full. but i cant add items to my cart while they are , therefore it creates a horrible catch 22 where i will never be able to place an order because my cart keeps emptying.

    Your cart won't be emptied, all existing items in your cart will be recovered when delivery slots reopen. When you submit your order, the delivery slot for that date will be reserved for you. If you're in a rush to get your order in we can always add to your order internally when the website is blocking this action on your end. Please try to log in tomorrow at 9AM.

    Hi, 

    I read that you can't actually add-to-cart when delivery slots are closed. However, I was wondering if the following is possible:

    A) Create a "wish list" of sorts with the items and the quantities that I want

    B) Refresh my browser during the open window

    C) Then check out with what's available.

     

    Just curious if that's possible now or if it's a feature on the horizon.

    In any case, thanks for offering your food and delivery services, especially in these weird times.

    Thank you so much for bringing this up. Since our website is currently built to cater businesses, we only offer the option to build "menus".     Hi Lizzy,
    If you’re using your cellphone to access the website, the SmartShop feature will be located in the upper left-hand corner where you see 3 horizontal lines. Clicking on it will display a drop-down list; at the very bottom you’ll see SmartShop. I hope this helps!

    What is your schedule to open delivery slots? Today is Friday (05/01) and I only see delivery slots for the following Mondays (05/04, 05/11 etc...). 

    When should I come back to get next Friday delivery slot?

    You may place your order for any date currently available on the website and send a request to change the delivery date via our Help Center Submission Form. Someone from our customer service team will be in touch to confirm the updated delivery date.
