Credits will be displayed on your online user profile when issued by the driver at the time of delivery. To view your credits, go to Invoices & Orders in the Welcome drop-down menu of your user profile. Credits are marked in red font; the description column indicates the invoice number the credit corresponds to.
Note: Credits processed after the delivery has been completed will not be displayed in your user profile. You can always contact us HERE to receive a status update on your pending credit.
All credits will be reflected on your credit card activity within approximately 5 to 10 business days.
