    Hello Eduarda Empty,

    I see you've been assisted by one of our customer service representatives earlier today. Only orders currently scheduled for open delivery dates will have this feature available. Our IT department is working diligently to enable this feature for all unshipped orders.

    Hello,

    I have a delivery scheduled for tomorrow and cannot find an edit button in order to add items. I called and was able to add some of the additional items.  

    During the call I wanted to modify an item from my original invoice and the rep could not even find that item on my invoice.  I know it's available because I was able to add 2 of that item to my order, for a neighbor.

    Is there anyway for me to see the current (revised) invoice with the items I was able to add today, along with the items that did (or did not) make it to the invoice, the day I place the order?

    The edit button is not there for me. I have a specific delivery date--friday 4/25. I also tried creatibg a second order but it is under $250 so it's not accepted. Thanks for yiur help!

    I edited my order, updated it and it was submitted. Got a message saying it will not be complete without checking out.... and went looking for the checkout button and cannot find a checkout button.

    First of all, thank you for providing us with consistently excellent service, food, and, most of all, peace of mind during this pandemic. I am so grateful to Baldor and to the drivers who deliver the food to us. 
     
    I have been trying to edit an order (14189039) by following the directions provided here but am unable to resubmit the order as I keep receiving an Internal Server Error (500) message. I just would like to add 4 packages of the lemons (LIAR $3.99/2 lbs). to my order. Is it possible to this?  You can charge my credit card or please let me know the steps to follow to complete this process. I also want to verify that the rest of my order is OK and will be delivered on 5/7.

    Hello - On 5/5/20, I placed an order for $388.98 to be delivered on May 14th (order # #14209148). Today, 5/6, I'm trying to add $93.93 worth of items, totaling $483, BUT I am prompted to add to today's order of $93 until I meet the minimum of $250... Please help. The delivery for the same day, May 14 is reaching $483.
    Please note that the Edit icon is currently missing from my order; I can only see "processing, print, and view". Maybe it's too soon; I'll try again tomorrow.
