You may edit your order if there are no pre-order items currently in your order.
Please contact us HERE if you have any issues revising your order by following the steps below.
1. Click Welcome drop-down menu located in upper right-hand corner of user profile main page
2. Select Invoices & Orders
3. Click Edit to open your order and make modifications
*To cancel your order: click modify your order, clear your entire cart, re-checkout. If you are unsure about this process please send order cancellation request via our Help Center Submission Form and our customer service team will confirm cancellation.
You will receive an email regarding the following updates on your order:
- Delivery Date has changed
- Example - Delivery changed from May 12th to May15th
- Order Total has changed
- Example: New item was Added to the order
- Example: Item was Removed from the order
- Example: An existing item Quantity has changed
You will be notified by email once the order is on its way.
*If the order has already been processed and shipped, it may no longer be modified. Please attempt to make all order updates as early as possible as most orders are processed and picked late afternoon-early evening, starting as early as 4:00 pm.
