    What happens if your order is less than $250? Do you cancel the order? Why can't you just offer a delivery fee option for those orders less than $250. This service is desperately needed for families who cannot place such a huge food order.

    Hello Claudia,

    At the moment all Home Delivery orders must meet the minimum in order to be shipped. The order minimum has decreased since we first launched Home Delivery. We'll keep you posted if there are further adjustments to the order minimum and/or implementation of a delivery fee. We appreciate your feedback as all input from customers and potential customers is taken into consideration in the logistics process.

    I put a bunch of items in my cart that all appeared "available".  The page refreshed and every single item is now gone.  Are you completely out of all products?  I am trying to place a home delivery order for next week.

    Our customer service team can edit your orders, please contact us with any requests to add or remove items from your order. We are currently working on a feature to allow home delivery customers to edit their orders through their online user profile.

    I'm having trouble figuring out how to create a cart so that I can claim a delivery slot when it becomes available. I try to add items to my cart but it just tells me that there are no delivery slots available and won't let me add items to a cart. Do you create the cart first? Or do you claim the delivery slot and then have a certain amount of time to complete a cart and submit an order? Thank you!

    Great question Megan Fenton! Delivery slots will open back tomorrow at 9AM, you may submit you order and add to it at a later time. By submitting your order you are reserving your delivery slot.

    Sharon, I got an email reply saying to place order for May 2 on Apr 25th, is that correct? Can't I preorder today?  I used to be able to see May 2 slot showing until today, that's where I have everything in the cart, now it's gone, please help.Thank you!

    Hi Karey C,

    If you place an item in your cart that is not available for that specific cart date it'll ask if you want to move the entire order to the next available date for that particular item or if you want to move just that single item to a separate cart. The next available delivery slot for products currently in stock is April 27th.

    There is no delivery fee, however a minimum of $250 must be met for the order to be processed.
