The more we thought about it and listened to your feedback, the more it made sense: you and your team members need personalized user profiles for our online systems. For individual users, this means a more personalized experience with portable log-in and easier reordering. For businesses, this means control over who orders what, insight into your team’s ordering, and better overall control of your accounts.
User profiles allow each individual user to have their own personal login (username and password). Each personal login can be linked to one or more Baldor business accounts.
What are the benefits?
For employees, the user experience is flexible, personalized, and convenient. You can personalize your experience to make it easier to reorder your favorite items, and see news and offers that are most relevant to you. Your user login is also portable, which means you can take your user login with you if you transition to another business.
For businesses, the user experience gives you much greater control, visibility, and security. You can assign permissions to different employees; for instance, you may only let your bookkeeping team update billing information or only allow your chefs to place orders. You have greater visibility into your account, as you have the ability to see how each employee is using the account. The user experience is also secure; as employees move on, you will not need to change the password to ensure they can’t access the account, you can simply unlink their user profile from your business account.

How do I get started?
To access your Baldor account through your online user profile, you must link your user profile to your Baldor Customer ID. You will receive this information from the onboarding team via email. At login, you will be prompted to enter your Customer ID to link your user profile to your newly created Baldor account.
