Baldor beer is a product of Baldor Beverage LLC.
1. What is required to order beer?
The following documents are required to open a Baldor Beverage account:
- Complete Baldor Credit Application
- State Liquor License
- Resale Certificate ST-120
*Note: Allow a minimum of 48 business hours to process credit application after all documentation is received.
2. I have an existing Baldor account, will my beverage account be set up under a separate account?
No, new Baldor Beverage accounts will be set up under the same customer ID as the existing Baldor Specialty Foods account.
3. How do I order beer?
Beer orders can be placed online via your Baldor online user profile or by emailing an order submission request to Beer@BaldorFood.com.
4. What is the cut-off time to place beer orders?
Beer orders must be entered by 4:00 PM for delivery the following day.
5. How often does Baldor deliver beer?
Baldor delivers beer Monday-Saturday, no Sunday deliveries.
6. Where does Baldor deliver beer?
Baldor currently delivers beer only in NY state.
7. Can the driver drop the beer order at a separate location from the food order?
Yes, as long as the beer order is delivered to the address displayed on the liquor license.
8. Will the beer order be shipped with my food order?
Yes, your beer order will be shipped with your food order as long as the combined total of both orders reaches the order minimum.
9. Is the beer shipped cold?
Yes, the beer is transported within a refrigerated Baldor truck and arrives cold.
10. How do I pay for my beer order?
Once validated, your Baldor Beverage account will be granted a net term of 30 days. Credit cards are not accepted when placing an order for beer.
11. Can I return beer?
Yes, please contact your sales team or customer service at 718-860-9100. You may also email your beer return request to Beer@BaldorFood.com within 24 hours.
12. How are deposits on cans, bottles, and kegs processed?
Deposits on cans and bottles are assigned automatically when placing an order. The case price includes $0.05 per bottle. Deposits are refunded after the pickup has been completed and processed.
13. Do you offer discounted pricing or promotions on specific beer selections?
Unfortunately Baldor does not currently offer discounted pricing or promotions on any beer selections.
