Yes. Baldor asks that you inspect your products upon delivery. Please note Baldor has a 24 hour return policy. Your Baldor driver is equipped to issue credits and take back any products which were miss picked for poor quality. If we screwed up. We will make it right. Please keep in mind Baldor has a refuse at receipt only for meat, poultry, and truffle products. We also do not accept returns on pre-ordered custom harvest products.
